These general terms and conditions of sale (“General Terms and Conditions of Sale“) apply to any purchase you make for any programmes, events or services. You must be at least 18 years of age to use our website; and by using our website or agreeing to these terms and conditions, you warrant and represent to us that you are at least 18 years of age. 

Website purchases:
In respect of any purchases made through the Website, these General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply regardless of how you access the Website, including via any technologies or devices by which we make the Website available to you. You must read these General Terms and Conditions of Sale carefully. By making a purchase for a programme, event or service through the Website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale in their entirety. If you do not agree to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale in their entirety, you must not order purchase or register for any programme, event or service or through the Website.

Your personal information
To make a purchase or register for a programme, you may be asked to provide some personal information. We will not keep any details that you provide to us (other than for processing the payment for your purchase, or if you have opted in to receive marketing information).

You confirm that all information and details provided by you to us (including on registration) are true, accurate and up to date in all respects and at all times. 

Programmes for 1:1 and group coaching can be paid for in up to 3 instalments if you wish. Power Pauses must be paid for in full before the session, unless you purchase all 5; in such instance, payment may be made in up to 3 instalments.

If you choose to make a purchase via the website, during the checkout process, you will be asked to enter your payment details. When you are using either a credit or debit card, by completing your payment details, you confirm that the credit or debit card being used is yours. All fields indicated as compulsory must be completed. Please note that we may collect and store your information, using an encrypted secure payment mechanism and will only use your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 

Please be advised that where you select certain payment methods (for example Paypal or Stripe), we will need to pass certain information to the relevant party (name, address, delivery address, email address, and phone number) so that they can process the payment. Once this information has been passed to the relevant party, we shall remain a data controller and that party shall also be a data controller in relation to that data. The Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of these third parties can be viewed by visiting their own websites.
All card payments are subject to authorisation by your card issuer. 

You can cancel your enrolment on a programme up to 14 days after purchase and receive a full refund, so long as the programme hasn’t yet commenced. If you find that  

If you need to cancel a session, you should provide us with as much notice as possible and we will endeavour to reschedule the session to a mutually convenient date and time. If you provide us with less than 48 hours’ notice or fail to provide us with any notice, we may not be able to reschedule the session and shall not be obliged to refund you any amounts paid in relation to such session.
If you arrive late for a session, we will try to extend the end time but if this is not possible, the session will end at the scheduled time and we will not be obliged to refund you any amounts paid in relation to such session.
